Choosing a game
For a quick break, try the Apple game. You have two minutes to box apples that add up to 10 and clear as many as you can; a quick eye and hand decide the score.
If you like puzzles you think through slowly, Sudoku and Futoshiki are for you. Each has three levels, and when you are stuck you can use a hint; every hint adds 60 seconds to your time.
Minesweeper is about following the clues the numbers give you. The first square you open and the ones around it never hide a mine, so start without worry.
Solitaire is Klondike: move the cards to build up the four foundations. Draw one is relaxed; draw three asks for more planning.
To play against someone, open Gomoku and invite a friend or start a random match. The first to put five stones in a row wins.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to play?
Most games start straight away without an account; records go under a nickname and can be attached to an account later. Only Gomoku, played live against other people, needs you to sign in.
What is the daily challenge?
Every day at 00:00 UTC one game and one board are chosen. Everyone plays the same board once that day and competes for the day’s ranking.
How are rankings decided?
Only records whose play the server has replayed from the start and checked reach the rankings. Puzzles rank by shortest time, and the Apple game by highest score.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Every game sizes its board to fit the screen and works with touch.
